Shipping Policy
Haus Dental Design & Milling Center is dedicated to offering excellent customer service. Please read our shipping policy and be sure to contact us if you have any questions.
Orders for items such as implant parts, nano scan gel, zirconia burrs, and zirconia blocks placed before 2:00 PM (Central Time) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the following business morning. All shipments are sent via ground service, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days.
When selecting UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, please note that both carriers allow up to 5 business days for delivery. While many deliveries, especially within Texas, may arrive sooner, Haus does not guarantee next-day or expedited delivery. Delivery timelines are determined solely by the carrier and are subject to their policies and performance. We are not responsible for delivery expectations based on assumptions or past experiences. For accurate estimates, customers should refer to the respective carrier websites for ground service delivery timeframes.
Our shipping schedule and delivery timelines are aligned with FedEx and UPS. Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events affecting transit times are considered beyond our control. As such, Haus does not provide refunds, credits, or shipping reimbursements for delays resulting from weather conditions or courier-related disruptions. For real-time updates, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
Haus is not liable for delivery delays or disruptions due to any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Carrier errors, mishandling, or package misplacement by FedEx or UPS
- Delivery refusal or unavailability of the recipient
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, public authority actions, civil unrest, etc.)
- Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions
- Customs inspection delays or failed scans by the courier
In the event a shipment is delayed, lost, or not delivered due to any of the above circumstances, Haus will remake the case and reship it via the original shipping method selected at the time of checkout.
If expedited delivery is required, the customer may request an upgrade in shipping and is responsible for any additional costs associated with that service.
Please note: No lost or delayed package claims can be filed until the full 5-business-day delivery window has passed. This applies to all customers, including those in Texas.
Once a shipping label is created by Haus Milling Center, no changes can be made. Shipping method is based on purchase amount or selection at checkout. For upgrades or changes, contact us before the shipping date. Your shipping method cannot be changed after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Once we have completed your work, we will ship the item(s) to you within our turnaround times during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and location. Before reaching the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will the option to terminate your transaction and cancel your order. (Shipping Fees are per Order, not per unit or case)
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will ship the completed portion of your order. Once the item becomes available and the work is completed, we will ship the remaining items. There will be no additional charges for shipping or handling for the second shipment. This policy applies only to Zirconia Disks and Haus Tools products.
For all other online orders, if a case is placed on hold due to pending customer response, technical support, etc., the entire order will be held until the issue is resolved. By default, orders are shipped together unless the customer requests otherwise.
We do not automatically separate shipments. If we do so at the customer's request, additional shipping fees may apply.

Because our work is made to your specifications there is rarely a need or justification for this.
