By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

Order Confirmation

After the completion of an order, customers will receive an email confirmation the same day the order is placed. Once the order is ready to ship, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the order and ensure that all information including the shipping address, part number(s), part quantities and type of shipping information are correct.

ORDER CORRECTION & CANCELLATION

If the information is incorrect, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Haus Milling Center immediately via phone (833-428-7645) and/or email (info@hausmilling.com) informing Haus Milling Center of this for correction. Due to the workflow of our business with custom made items, cancellation of orders must be made within the first 10 minutes that the order has been placed. This is especially important for STL orders.

 

3.PRICE AND PAYMENT

PRICE TERMS

Prices are valid at the time an order is placed.

All prices are exclusive of VAT(where applicable) at the current rate and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice in any given circumstance. The total cost of your order includes the cost of the products ordered plus delivery charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. This means any open invoices related to the order must be paid in a timely manner to release the order for shipment within our turnaround times.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All prices are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by the customer when transmitting credit or debit card information.

All credit/debit card holders must be validated and approved by the card issuer.

If your payment card issuer does not approve or refuse to pay for any reason, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-payment.

Purchases of our products will be marked as Haus Milling Center on your credit card statement.

 

4.SHIPPING

Once we have completed an order, we will ship your product within 48 hours of regular business hours. (Monday through Friday- 8:00am to 5:00pm).

We use shipping carriers UPS and FedEx.

Once the carrier has provided the tracking number, it will update your order with tracking information.

The order shipping fee is charged according to the weight and location of the product. Before reaching the final checkout page, you will see how much the shipping cost will be and if you decide to close the transaction or cancel the order, you may not place an order.
