REMAKE POLICY

We at Haus Milling Center value our relationship with our clients and strive to provide you with the highest quality dental restorations. In order to ensure your satisfaction, we have a clear remake policy in place.

 

1. OUR REMAKE POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

1. All remake requests must be emailed to info@hausmilling.com detailing issues with the case.

Email must contain order number and case ID along with images if applicable.

2. All components of remake requests MUST be sent back to Haus Milling

3. Remake requests may take up to 2 weeks for evaluation. 

4. Material defects: If a restoration is found to have a material defect, we will remake the restoration free of charge from the original design file.

A material defect is defined as any problem that is a result of a manufacturing issue.

5. Design errors: If a restoration has design errors that are attributable to Haus Milling Center, we will remake the restoration free of charge.

A design error is defined as any problem that is a result of a mistake in the design or manufacturing process. 

(If a new stl design/impression/IOS/lab scan or model is provided full charge will be applicable.)

6. Fit and function: If a restoration does not fit properly or function as intended, we will evaluate the case and determine the cause of the problem.

If the issue is determined to be a result of a problem with the restoration itself, we will remake the restoration free of charge. 

(If a new stl design/impression/IOS/lab scan or model is provided full charge will be applicable.)

7. Client error: If a restoration needs to be remade due to a mistake made by the client, such as an incorrect stl, impression, lab scan, IOS or model the order will be charged in full. 

8. If remake is dimmed customers fault, a shipping fee will be added to the remake fee.

9. Remakes dimmed Haus Milling fault will ship ground shipping at no additional cost. Customer can request to pay the difference in price to upgrade the shipment.

It is important to note that our remake policy applies only to cases where the original restoration was manufactured by Haus Milling Center. If a restoration was manufactured by another lab, we cannot be responsible for any remake costs.
